Izabela Koblenc, Co-Director, and Co-founder of Foot Forward Property Investments, brings her solid foundation in Business and Finance, honed through years in Banking and Finance, to lead with vision. Her expertise extends to managing information systems and a hands-on approach to property finding, renovation and management, making her a comprehensive property professional.
James is our esteemed Group Finance Director and boasts over 30 years of diverse expertise encompassing business mentoring, mergers, acquisitions, performance management, systemisation, efficiency implementation, and strategic financial management. He is adept at serving UK and overseas firms in various sectors, including public, private, and the third sector.
I’m the business administrator for Foot Forward Properties. I support the team with day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly I’m known for being reliable, detail-focused and always happy to help wherever needed. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, playing golf and going on long walks.
Katie is our project manager with an impressive 23 years of experience in management and administration.
Hailing from Doncaster, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her planning and organisational abilities are unparalleled, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Geoff is a retired former Chartered Building Surveyor working part time for Foot Forward to help source property.
Many decades of experience in building and valuation surveying has given Geoff an in depth knowledge of our operational area. This helps to ensure we source the right properties for our Clients.

Molly is one of our Lettings Professionals, she has been with us for 4 years now. Molly started as the lettings administrator and worked her way up to becoming the lettings professional she is today. She works as part of the team and loves to keep busy by arranging and conducting viewings, dealing with tenant queries and general day to day office tasks.
Emily, our Lettings Professional and Administrator, is a valuable asset to our team. With a fresh perspective from her background in sales, she brings a dynamic energy to the property industry. Emily’s strong administrative skills ensure that our lettings process runs smoothly, and her enthusiasm for meeting tenants in person helps us build positive relationships with our clients. She’s a dedicated professional who is always eager to learn and grow in her role.
Steve is our cleaning manager for both Foot Forward Properties and Bespoke Lettings. He arranges the property and room cleaning for the letting’s side of the business and the completion of the newly refurbed properties ready for the first tenants to move in.
Steve is an ex-serviceman, he brings a proactive, can do approach and is meticulous planning to all aspects of property cleaning.
Steve heads up our maintenance team. He is our go to guy for all property maintenance, including IT issues, plumbing, boiler problems and all general maintenance. He has over 15 years’ experience, it will be his 10-year anniversary with us next year!
Chris is part of our property maintenance team, he has over 30 years’ experience in maintenance and has been with us for just over a year. With the team he looks after all the general maintenance across our properties, fixing things and attending call outs.
Anna has been cleaning professionally for 7 years and with the company for the past year, she has the sharpest eye in South Yorkshire she never misses a spot!
