What is the process?

These properties are off-plan developments, our expert in house team refurbishes the property and brings them inline with childcare specification.

  • Our sales team will discuss available opportunities with you, once we locate you a property you reserve this with a £5,000 commitment fee which is returned once the property is complete.
  • Once you have purchased the property shell it is a set 24 weeks refurbishment time until you receive your first payment. Even in the unlikely event of a delay your payment date is not delayed, it is completely set in stone.
  • It is also our promise that you will never pay a penny over the listed sales price, even on the refurb.
